2 dl water
3 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
4 dl flour (about)
Warm water to 42 C. Add sugar, salt and small amount of flour with dry yeast. Add remaining flour. Dough is going to be loose.
Let rise in warm place till doubled.
Add toppings.
Bake at 250C 15 min. (At the lower level)
